AMPERE Validation Workshop

This workshop, hosted by IPTS on 28-29 May 2013, brought together researchers from the integrated assessment modelling community with scholars who have worked on the evaluation of models in a variety of fields. Discussions ranged from philosophy of science perspectives to the application in energy, environmental, climate and economic modelling. The workshop was organized in collaboration between the EU-funded AMPERE project and the PIAMDDI project, funded by the U.S. Department of Energy.
